Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person’s health and well-being. Including many different modalities such as Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Release, Deep Tissue, Fascial and Connective Tissue Release, Joint Mobilizations and Swedish Massage.
I am a Registered Massage Therapist, BC educated and fully registered under the College of Massage Therapists of BC.
You can use my RMT number towards your benefit plan.

I was born and raised in Vernon, BC then spent my 20’s in Revelstoke living a holistic and outdoor lifestyle. I moved back to the Okanagan and earned my diploma in Registered Massage Therapy along with an award in Clinical Excellence from OVCMT in 2023.
I find pleasure in nature, moving my body, learning new things and authentically connecting. Whether it’s simply being in the forest or by the water, trail running, hiking with friends and dogs, practicing and teaching yoga, eating yummy nourishing food, or hitting up a wellness retreat, I’m usually filling my cup up with what makes me feel like my best self so that I can share the goodness with others.
I’ve always had a fascination for the energetics of postural awareness, neuromuscular connection and kinetics. I felt aligned with Massage Therapy because of my values in healing holistically on a physical level. I love teaching people about their bodies and offering guidance towards healing.
